I have a few favorite tropes but the one that came to mind first was single parent. I love seeing the single parent getting a second chance at love. And I love seeing the kids... especially if they are younger... interacting with and developing a relationship with MC of the book.
I have read some super cute ones this year but this one stood out to me the most. I absolutely adored little Stella! She stole my heart from the beginning! This was such a fun book!
